Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation via email.

You will receive a new notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Providers

We work with major carriers such as UPS and Schenker, among others.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your shipment through our carrier's website.

Damages

Repono.se is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for private consumers within Sweden.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Process for Individuals

Contact our customer service at info@repono.se to initiate a return.

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Pack the item securely, include the RMA number, and send it to the specified address.

Return Process for Businesses

The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@repono.se for further instructions.
