1. General Terms
These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer, place an order via Dragonstone Holding's website ("Repono.se"). 2. Agreement Formation
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old, not under legal guardianship, and able to enter legally binding agreements. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
An agreement is formed when Dragonstone Holding confirms your order via a delivery confirmation. The confirmation only includes the items listed therein. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and other technical issues.

3.2 Unclaimed Packages
If you do not collect your package within the specified time, we may charge a fee of 150 SEK. Unclaimed packages returned to us will be refunded for the product value only, excluding shipping costs.
3.3 Dragonstone Holding's Right to Decline Orders
We reserve the right to decline orders, for example, in cases of suspected fraud.
4. Force Majeure
Dragonstone Holding is not liable for delays or disruptions beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or strikes.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in unopened packaging and undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

6. Complaints and Warranty
If a product is faulty or damaged, you have the right to file a complaint within three years from the delivery date. Please contact customer service as soon as possible in case of any issues. We cover the return shipping cost for approved complaints.
